The Satori Group currently has a number of pieces in development. These include: contemporary award-winning plays, original works, reinventions of classics, and one well-known family-friendly tale about the magic of imagination. Our pieces are built through several phases in our Lab.

By using the Scientific Method we continually test our work until we unveil the question, anchor, and structure of a particular piece.

It is a way of generating material that can be used in performance. A jumping-off point for discussion or example, the Lab is a way to reveal deep truths about the piece that may have been lost or never explored.

In the Lab, works are written, researched, rehearsed, designed, taken apart, put back together, and exhibited for small audiences. It is quick and dirty – extreme and spontaneous.
